The Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority (Metro), in conjunction with California Department of Transportation (Cal Trans), Los Angeles Department of Transportation, and a host of law enforcement, emergency management and emergency response agencies throughout Los Angeles County announced an 80-hour northbound Interstate 405 Freeway lane closure operation that is scheduled to take place in the Sepulveda Pass area during Presidents’ Day weekend (Feb. 14-18, 2014).
