ENLA
is the recognized VOAD (Voluntary Organizations Active in Disasters) for Los Angeles County.

ENLA serves as the forum where organizations share knowledge and resources throughout the disaster cycle—preparation, response and recovery—to help disaster survivors and their communities. Members form a coalition of nonprofit organizations that respond to disasters as part of their overall mission.

Together we foster more effective service through the four C’s—communication, coordination, cooperation and collaboration—by providing convening mechanisms and outreach for all people and organizations involved in disasters.

If your organization would like to participate in making Los Angeles County better, safer and more prepared for disasters, we would love to hear from you.
